Straightforward
Dr. Adajar was straightforward from the first call. He told me exactly what to expect, what the recovery looked like, and what results were realistic. No upsell, no pressure.
Board-Certified Surgeon. Men's Health Specialist. Every Procedure, Every Patient.
Dr. Marc Adajar is a board-certified surgeon who treats only male patients. He has been doing this for over 20 years.
He founded XSculpt, Chicago's men's body contouring practice, and built XPand MD to bring that same specialization to enhancement, function, and hormone optimization. Every XPand MD procedure is performed by Dr. Adajar personally.

Illinois requires physician supervision for injectable procedures like filler, Botox, and PRP. Most clinics meet that standard with a supervising physician somewhere in the building while a nurse or PA does the injection.
At XPand MD, Dr. Adajar does the injection himself.
The hands that evaluate your anatomy in consultation are the same ones performing your treatment.
One provider. Not a rotation. You will not be handed off to a physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or nurse injector. Dr. Adajar sees you at consultation, performs the procedure, and handles your follow-up.
Dr. Adajar has spent his career focused on men. He founded XSculpt in Chicago's River North neighborhood, a surgical practice built around gynecomastia surgery, VASER liposuction, and male body contouring. Twenty-plus years of operating exclusively on male patients. That is the background he brings to every consultation.
XPand MD grew out of what his patients were already asking for. Men at XSculpt wanted non-surgical options for enhancement, sexual wellness, and hormone optimization. Rather than add those to a surgical menu, Dr. Adajar built a separate practice around them.
XPand MD covers five treatment areas:
All five are performed by Dr. Adajar in the River North clinic. One surgeon across every treatment.
Every treatment starts with a consultation. Dr. Adajar reviews your goals, medical history, and anatomy. He explains what the procedure does, what it does not do, and whether you are a candidate. Expect 30-45 minutes. No upsell. No same-day procedure pressure.
The clinic is on the second floor of a River North medical building with no exterior signage. Check-in, consultation, treatment, and checkout happen in a single suite. You do not sit in a shared waiting room.
After your procedure, Dr. Adajar schedules follow-up based on what was performed. For filler, that means a visit within 2-4 weeks to confirm results. For TRT, ongoing lab monitoring is part of the program. His cell number is available for post-procedure questions.
XPand MD™ is new. Dr. Adajar is not. These are verified patients from his surgical practice, XSculpt.
Dr. Adajar was straightforward from the first call. He told me exactly what to expect, what the recovery looked like, and what results were realistic. No upsell, no pressure.
Most clinics could not answer basic questions about who actually performs the procedure. Dr. Adajar answered everything in the consultation and did the work himself. That made the decision easy.
I was nervous about the consultation. Turned out to be a normal medical appointment. He examined, explained, gave me numbers, and let me decide. No weird sales pitch.
