XPand Volume™
Non-Surgical Penile Filler
- New patients: 8 to 10 syringes typical for first treatment
- Maintenance: 3 to 8 syringes per session
- Estimated first visit: $5,200 to $7,500
Includes: Filler, topical numbing, the procedure performed by Dr. Adajar, and follow-up
Filler is reversible. Dissolution with hyaluronidase is available at any time as a separate appointment.
XPand Flow™
Penile Neuromodulator for Blood Flow and Function
Discussed at consultation
- 15 to 30 minutes, no downtime
- Results last 3 to 4 months per treatment
Includes: Neuromodulator, the procedure performed by Dr. Adajar, and follow-up

Includes: Bloodwork, treatment protocol, and ongoing lab monitoring
TRT is an ongoing program. Dr. Adajar reviews your bloodwork, sets a protocol, and adjusts based on your labs over time.
